New HSH base

New 
base is alredy made and it will be added to server pretty soon!
Features:
1.Some RoadTrains alredy have attached trailers.
2.New vehicles : 3 linerunners and 3 petro.
3.Added bar.
4.Added parking place.
5.New vehicle colors (yellow and white) probably will be changed back.
6.Base will be marked by yellow color on the map!
And much other stuff!
